Built by Christian

Personal service from someone who understands small business.

You are not getting passed off to a random agency. Sites by Christian is led by Christian Diaz, a website builder and small business operator who understands design, customer flow, ecommerce, and the messy details behind running a real business.

What we solve

Your website should make your business easier to understand.

A lot of small business websites start with good intentions, but the details get messy. Services are unclear, products are hard to manage, forms feel clunky, customers miss important information, and updates become one more thing the owner has to figure out.

Sites by Christian focuses on both sides of the experience: the polished website your customers see and the practical structure behind it that helps your business stay organized.

Good fit

For businesses that need more than a pretty page.

You need a website that feels more professional than a basic DIY template.

Your current site is outdated, confusing, or not doing a good job explaining your business.

You sell products, services, or experiences and need the site organized around real customer behavior.

Customers often miss important details like services, pickup, shipping, ordering steps, availability, or how to contact you.

You want practical website help from someone who understands small business operations, not a large agency handoff.

Services & pricing

Choose the level that fits where your business is now.

Start with the essentials, then expand any package to see the full scope. Final pricing depends on the size, platform, and functionality your project needs.

Meet Christian

Built by someone who understands the small business side, too.

Sites by Christian is led by Christian Diaz, a website builder and small business operator who understands that a website is not just a design project.

A good site has to support real customers, real updates, real products, real services, and the day-to-day details that keep a business moving. The goal is to build websites that look clean, feel easy to use, and make the business easier to manage after launch.

After launch

Clear guidance, not a confusing handoff.

A finished website should not come with a “good luck” and no explanation. For custom and ecommerce projects, we provide guidance so you understand the important pieces of what was built.

If you want continued help after launch, monthly support gives you a simple way to keep the site updated without having to manage every detail yourself.

Process

A simple process with strong structure.

01

Plan the project

We start by learning what you offer, what your customers need, what your current site is missing, and which package is the right starting point.

02

Collect the essentials

Before the build starts, we gather the logo, photos, copy, product details, platform access, domain details, brand colors, and any imports or exports needed.

03

Build and revise

We design and build the site, then work through the included revision rounds to refine the structure, content, styling, and customer experience.

04

Launch and support

Projects begin with a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance is due before launch or handoff. After launch, monthly support is available for ongoing updates.

FAQ

A few things clients usually ask first.

Do you only build ecommerce websites?

No. We build entry-level websites, custom small business websites, landing pages, portfolio-style sites, and ecommerce systems. Ecommerce is available when the business needs it, but the public focus is practical websites for small businesses.

Can you help if I already have a website?

Yes. We can help clean up, restructure, redesign, or improve an existing site. For ecommerce stores, we can also help with products, collections, navigation, pickup, shipping, customer flow, and backend structure.

How do payments work?

Projects begin with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due before launch, final handoff, or transfer of completed files and access.

How do revisions work?

A revision is an adjustment to the agreed-upon direction, structure, or design that has already been built. A new request is work that changes the original scope or direction, adds new functionality, or requires rebuilding work in a way that makes previously completed work obsolete.

Are platform, app, and domain costs included?

No. Platform fees, app subscriptions, domain purchases, email hosting, paid themes, and third-party tools are paid separately by the client. We can help set them up and configure them.

Who can use monthly support?

Monthly support is currently available for websites we built. This keeps support practical because we already understand the site structure, setup, and decisions behind it.

What counts as a monthly support request?

A request is a small website update or support task, such as a text change, image swap, link update, product edit, announcement update, basic troubleshooting, or small product addition. Very small fixes may be handled at our discretion without counting toward the monthly request limit.

What is not included in monthly support?

Full redesigns, major rebuilds, large product imports, brand-new systems, and work that changes the site enough to become a new project are quoted separately. Unused support requests do not roll over.

Do you offer rush or emergency support?

Rush support may be available for an added fee depending on availability and the amount of work required. Weekend support is not currently included.

What projects are not a good fit?

We are not the right fit for large software platforms, SaaS products, user-account systems, or projects that require complex security architecture. We are best suited for small business websites, ecommerce setups, and practical website systems.
